What About Same Sex Relationships?
What’s Love Have to do With it?
Overcoming Loneliness
This is a message in a sermon series entitled Breaking the Chains, based on Scripture found in Psalm 25:16-21. These times that we are living in we seem to be surrounded by loneliness. David expressed these same thoughts in the Psalms. We will discover that in Christ the chains on loneliness will be broken. Run to Him, Trust His every promise, and know He is with you!
Serving with our Best
This is a sermon in a series called Breaking the Chains. This message calls every believer to passionate and faithful service to our Lord, and is based on Scripture found in 1 Peter 4:10,11. Here we will discover that we have been specially equipped by God, according to his grace to serve in His kingdom. We have also included a Deacon Charge at the end of this message. Let us be busy about our Master’s work!
Operation Christmas Child
Every year our church family joins thousands of other churches to support this wonderful outreach led by Samaritans Purse. We each get the opportunity to pack at least one shoe box with toys, games, health items, and most importantly Love. Bring these little boxes of goodies to the church by Sunday morning, November 14, at the very latest; and stay for the children’s parade. Each one of these shoe boxes will be delivered to a child somewhere around the world, where they will here a clear presentation of the Gospel in their own language. Call church office for more information please! We also have a Mission trip planned to Main Distribution center on Thursday evening, December 2, to help get thousands of these boxes ready for delivery. Sure hope you can help! Let us Know.
Just One Touch
This is another message in a sermon series entitled ‘Life Changing Encounters”, based on Scripture found in Luke 8:40-48. This actually a sermon that reminds us of two miraculous encounters that radically transformed two broken lives. We see an anxious father and an abandoned woman that had reached the point of complete desperation. Both courageously took a huge step of faith and asked Jesus for help. They joyfully discovered that the Savior was more than enough to meet their needs and heal their broken lives. We hope you will run to Him and be blessed!
Power of Love
This is the fourth message in a sermon series entitled ‘Life Changing Encounters’ based on Scripture found in Luke 7:11-17. We will discover that Jesus took time to minister to the hurting and he was moved to action by his heart of compassion. He truly cared for this grieving widow who had just lost her son, so he moved a mountain of pain with his mighty hand. When the town witnessed this miracle they could not keep their excitement to themselves! They told everyone that the Savior had come. How excited are you about what Jesus has done?
Faithful Fathers Needed
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Dads out there. This is our father’s day message that comes from Genesis and challenges us to learn lessons from the life and mistakes of one of the greatest fathers in Scripture. We will discover that this man listened to the voice of God and made his share of mistakes along the way. Abraham loved his wife and family with his whole heart, but he loved his God even more! Abraham is remembered as being a man of extraordinary faith.
A Faith that Amazed
This is message number three in a sermon series entitled ‘Life Changing Encounters’, based on Scripture found in Luke 7:1-10. This is one of those rare times that Jesus was surprised by the depth of a person’s faith; usually the opposite was true. Here we meet a gentile that had a heart of compassion, a humility that was willing to ask for help. And he also realized the incredible hope that an extraordinary faith could bring. Does your faith in God need a little infusion of strength today?
