Hebrews
A Better Opportunity
A message in a sermon series entitled The Best Way, based on Scripture found in Hebrews 10:26-36. The Lord appeals to these second generation followers and warns them about the serious danger of missing out on their salvation! There is a terrible cost for willful rejection. We must all consider the incredible gift of God’s salvation that is readily available to who so ever. Also, we will discover that a sure sign of a genuine faith is perseverance in our Christian lives. Let us not miss this most crucial opportunity!
A Better Fellowship
A message in a sermon series called the Best Way based on Scripture found in Hebrews 10:19-25. The Body of Christ is designed to be a close knit family. There should be built into every believer the desire to come together and worship. We must realize there is no such thing as a lone ranger christian and that the family of God must work together to fulfill God’s mission. The truth is we all need each other and somebody needs you! We are family!
A Better Servant
Another message in a sermon series entitled the Best Way, based on Scripture found in Hebrews 10:5-18. We all know that our Lord is the best example we can follow. When we decide to follow Him it is a call that is worth answering. Surrendering to serve on His behalf is a commitment worth making. And finally whatever cost we have to pay it will be a price worth paying. Are you ready to step out and follow our King today?
The Power of the Blood
A message from a sermon series entitled the Best Way, based on Hebrews 9:11-28. In this message we will discover the sufficiency of Jesus’ sacrifice to cleanse our sin. We will learn of the incredible promise that was put into effect by His blood. Finally, we will get to take an amazing peek at the Heavenly Temple where Jesus is still serving. When we truly realize the power of The Blood our lives will never be the same!
A Better Promise
We made it to chapter 8:1-13, in a sermon series entitled The Best Way, based on Hebrews. Here we will discover that our Lord is both Priest and King, who ministers in the Heavenly Temple. His perfect offering secured for every believer a much greater promise that is pledged in His own blood. Much better than the covenant etched on stone; this new promise is written on our hearts. I sure hope your name is written in the Book of Life, and that you are a part of this amazing new promise!
A Better Priest
Another message in a sermon series entitled, “The Best Way”, based on Scripture found in Hebrews 7:11-28. The priests that served God’s people in the Old Testament had an important position to fill, they were a shadowy picture of the Glorious High Priest that was to come. Jesus is a powerful priest, a permanent priest, and a perfect High Priest; who’s ministry far exceeds what the earthly priests could do. I hope you know Him as both Priest and King.
Called To Maturity
The sermon series entitled, ‘The Best Way’ continues with a call to maturity based on Scripture found in Hebrews 5:11- 6:6. This is a challenging passage with a very strong call to Christian maturity. We are warned about spiritual laziness and reminded of the tremendous blessings associated with Christian growth. The only way one can fulfill God’s amazing purpose for our lives is by walking with the Master and allowing Him to live through us. Are we settling for mediocre or pressing on to spiritual maturity?
A Better Intercessor
This is another message in the sermon series entitled, ‘The Best Way’ based on Scripture found in Hebrews 4:14-16. What an amazing privilege that God has given his family, to be able to call upon our Heavenly Father in prayer! We are blessed with an amazing advocate who intercedes on our behalf. We are so thankful that He always understands our weaknesses and concerns. And finally we are always aware that nothing is too hard for our God; He can move mountains if He needs to! Do you need one moved today?
A Better Savior
This is the third message in a sermon series entitle The Best Way from Hebrews 3:1-6. The writer was attempting to encourage a group of believers to press on in the faith and to never give up. He encouraged these Christians to focus their thoughts on Jesus; to stay committed to his prefect plan and to stand firm in their faith. We are on the road to victory if we are walking with the Savior.
