Despair to Delight
Children’s Easter Play
Every year the children bring resurrection morning to life in their own special way through singing and acting. We hope you can come and join us for a great time of worship and laughter too. This exciting time will be followed with some fellowship around the tables. We hope to see you all and plan on staying for lunch. Please call and let us know you’re coming!
Because He Lives
This was a salvation message preached the week after Easter celebrating the fact that Jesus is alive. It seems that some of the Christians in Corinth were actually beginning to change their position on the Resurrection. The Apostle warned them fiercely that without the resurrection their faith is empty and useless. However, with the resurrection we have verification of amazing blessings from on High. Listen and affirm the truth that we serve a Risen Savior!
Responding to the Resurrection
This message was preached on Easter morning, based on Scriptures found in John 20;1-18. How we respond to the Resurrection is the most important decision one can make. Here we will clearly see the way four of the Lord’s dearest friends responded and hopefully will be encouraged to respond with absolute faith! Do you know that Jesus is Alive
Easter Cantata/Musical
Our Sanctuary Choir always does a great job of telling the Easter story through powerful songs, instruments, and narration. This years celebration is called “God So Loved the World” and is sure to be a great time of worship! We hope you can stay after service for a great time of fellowship around the tables, as we enjoy a covered dish luncheon. Please come and be our guests this Palm Sunday.
From Doubt to Devotion
Message on Easter Sunday to a filled church, based on John 20: 24-31
All of the Disciples had a struggle accepting the resurrection to be true, especially the disciple named Thomas. They reasoned the resurrection to be impossible and it was by human standards. Our Lord loved them enough to help them cross from doubt to a firm belief. When they came to faith they learned to walk by faith and follow their Savior to the death. What about you??
